The service validates, generates, stores and helps manage structured e-invoices. It is intended for business and professional use, does not replace accounting, tax or legal advice, and does not guarantee that a particular invoice will be accepted by a third party or public system.

• Provide accurate information and protect account access.
• Upload only documents the user is authorised to process.
• Check invoice details, amounts and tax treatment before sending.
• Report unauthorised access promptly.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Price, VAT treatment and billing period are shown before payment. A plan change may be prorated. Subscriptions can be cancelled in the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not automatically refunded except where required by law or for a separately confirmed service failure.

Users must not bypass limits or security, disrupt the service, upload malware or process data unlawfully. Access may be restricted to protect the service or stop a violation.

The service is operated with reasonable care, but no continuous SLA is promised at the MVP stage. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, incorrect user input or third-party outages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users may export their data and request account deletion. Material changes to these terms will be announced in advance. Continuing a paid service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Latvian law applies. Disputes should first be raised using the email below; unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia.
